We hope you will make plans to join us at TACC’s 2026 Co-op Board Leadership Conference, January 22–23 at the Sunday House Inn in Fredericksburg, TX!  This meeting is designed to equip all cooperative directors with skills to effectively lead while partnering with their general manager—without crossing into management. Whether you’re new to the boardroom or a seasoned director, you’ll gain strategies to strengthen your co-op’s future. Hotel Room Reservation Information

Room Rate: $110.00 per night, single/double

Individuals must secure reservation with a major credit card at time of booking. Individual must book direct with the property. Group rate will not be honored for on line reservations.
