We have secured a special room rate for this meeting of $142 per night, but to ensure this rate, please make your reservation by August 25, 2026.

Guests are able to book online with the direct booking link or by phone with the reservations office by calling 806.776.7000. **They will need to specify the block name of: “TACC Board Meeting - September 2026”

When you click the link it will take you to the group reservations page. It will automatically put the check in as and check-out date as ALL dates available in the block; you will have to adjust the check-in and check-out dates to your desired stay and click UPDATE.

To make your own reservation, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless you no show and forget to cancel your reservation by 4pm one day prior to their stay, as per the hotel's 24hr cancellation policy. The no show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes.
