Join agricultural cooperative leaders and guests for the 2026 TACC-PAC Breakfast, our annual fundraiser dedicated to strengthening the voice and effectiveness of Texas agricultural cooperatives. Held at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, this event will feature Texas State Representative Stan Kitzman (H.D. 85), offering timely insights on state policy and advocacy. Help us fundraise to keep cooperative voices strong, engaged, and heard at the Texas Capitol.

Stan Kitzman represents Texas House District 85, covering parts of Austin, Colorado, Fayette, Waller, Wharton, and Fort Bend counties. A sixth-generation Texan from Pattison in Waller County, he is a descendant of Stephen F. Austin’s “Old Three Hundred.”

Now serving his second term, Representative Kitzman sits on the House Appropriations Committee, the Agriculture & Livestock Committee, and the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission. He chairs the Appropriations Article III Subcommittee, serves on the Energy Council, and was elected chair of the bipartisan Water Caucus. He is the author of House Bill 43, which expanded and strengthened the Texas Agricultural Grant Program to better support producers and rural communities.

A retired Texas Army National Guard combat veteran with 21 years of service, Kitzman is a small business owner, former county commissioner, and former public school teacher. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
